Coaching Philosophy
Elaine takes a client-centered approach to coaching, believing her clients are the experts on their health and lives. By adopting new exercise routines, improving eating habits, developing mindfulness strategies, clearing out and organizing their physical space, finding community, and more, her clients gain confidence in their ability to transform their lives, and they actually do it! They appreciate her patience, empathy, calm, insight, and active listening. She brings several qualities to coaching that help her clients have profound breakthroughs. She listens more than she speaks. She allows her clients to direct their journey. And she cares deeply for her clients. |
