Elaine ProulxWell Life Coach, M.A., NBC-HWCElaine is passionate about helping purpose-driven professional women find harmony between their desire to make an impact in the world and their need to nourish their own body, mind, and spirit, so they can thrive now and for decades to come. Through wellness coaching and reiki healing, she helps women transform their lives so they can live well and easefully while continuing to make an impact. As a former burned-out educator, she knows first hand how your drive to serve others can distract from taking care of yourself. She knows it’s easier (in the short-term) to put yourself on the back burner and ignore your own needs. And she knows that is not a sustainable strategy for long-term impact. When her dad got sick in 2021, she realized health is built over decades of small decisions, and she needed to make some changes. By recommitting to her physical, mental, and spiritual health, she transformed her lifestyle and reconnected to her purpose. When she’s not coaching, writing, and presenting wellness workshops, Elaine loves to be outside (hiking, biking, walking), read novels, and go Latin dancing. Approach: Elaine takes a client-centered approach to coaching, believing her clients are the experts on their health and lives. By adopting new exercise routines, improving eating habits, developing mindfulness strategies, clearing out and organizing their physical space, finding community, and more, her clients gain confidence in their ability to transform their lives, and they actually do it! They appreciate her patience, empathy, calm, insight, and active listening. |
